“In my opinion the building looks like it is new. … Thank you for doing a good job, doing it well, and for making our building not only look good but be a lot safer than it was before.”

This is both a letter of recommendation and a thank you note.
Replacing the railings on a rather large building is a massive job. We knew that many things can go wrong if we do not have the right contractors, in whom we had faith and trust. The job is now completed and as President of the Condominium Association, I have spoken with many residents as well as Management and asked if they were satisfied with the finished product. I was very pleased to hear that they were delighted.
There were moments during the period of construction at which problems did present themselves, but they were dealt with in a professional manner. Management has told me there was no issue with communication or responsiveness in working with you and your company.
I cannot speak officially for the Board of Directors, but my individual discussions with many of them have made me come to believe that they are very pleased with the outcome and appearance. In my opinion the building looks like it is new. The transformation was well done.
One thing we learned from this is that the successful completion of the job is not just dependent on the contractor who we do business with, but also the site supervisor who is responsible for the day to day work and managing problems that arise. We are very pleased with the way that turned out.
As with any large construction contract, my advice to other condos is to always expect that there will be delays, and there will be problems that need to be worked out between the contractor and building Management. Once again, thank you for doing a good job, doing it well, and for making our building not only look good but be a lot safer than it was before.
