2020 and 2021 were extremely tough years in the construction business. 2600 Island Boulevard Condominium Association undertook some major repairs during this period using various contractors.
Poma Metals Corp. replaced the concrete railings on the west side of our building with their glass railings. I would be remiss if I never congratulated Justin Poma on a superb job performed for us by his company. Justin is the ultimate professional, setting an incredible example to his staff on both providing a quality product as well as clean, timely service at the contracted price. Unlike other contractors, once you finalize the contract price, he does NOT burden you with subsequent change orders which are invariably disputed. He was a pleasure to deal with.
