I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional manner in which you and your company managed the recent balcony railing replacement project at the Pompano Atlantis Condominium, which is an 18-story direct oceanfront high-rise.
As you know, we had a previous poor and costly experience with another railing company who is no longer in business. The quality and durability of their aluminum picket railings was a constant concern. Our previous railings were inferior and failing. The Board was faced with a decision to remove these delaminating and harmonic eyesores in order to mitigate further issues. We interviewed several railing companies and were somewhat intrigued by POMA’s patented pin system, which would allow the use of the existing post pocket holes in our post-tension cabled balcony slabs without being required to drill new holes. This point alone was a decisive factor in our selection process, but once we saw your operations as well as the quality and expert craftsmanship of railings and glass panels the decision was easy for the Board.
Now that the project is complete and the owners’ review is extremely positive, I must say, you and your company has delivered on everything you promised and then some. At this time the Pompano Atlantis Condominium is a satisfied customer in every aspect and we would endorse POMA and you to any building that is considering your services.
