Poma Construction Corporation was contracted by Ocean Two Condominium Association Inc. to remove the aluminum railings from 508 balconies and install glass railings in their place. There were also pool deck glass railings manufactured and a lot of cement restoration work on the balconies.
The aforementioned work began in May 2008 and was completed in August 2009, which was ahead of schedule as proposed.
There were onsite supervisors every day as well as ownership present to ensure the safety of the work site, the cleanliness of the area and most importantly the quality and detail of the work performed as per the specific plans.
The timely response to matters of importance is second to none and their overall relations with residents throughout the entire time have been excellent.
Therefore in lieu of the above I would highly recommend Poma Construction Corporation for any balcony railing, concrete restoration or any job within the scope of their business.
