Custom Perforated Metal on Coated Aluminum
The Heron at 815 Water Street is a dual-tower building designed by KPF architecture in downtown Tampa, Florida. The 26 and 21 story towers make up over 400 total rental residences with a striking facade.

Poma was responsible for manufacturing the metal facade which encloses the parking structure at the lower levels. This perforated metal facade includes a unique pattern and trapezoidal geometries in two metal finishes: on the west side of the building, a silver-toned aluminum, and on the east elevation, a copper-toned aluminum surface.
