Marbella is a 20-story high rise luxury condo located in Boca Raton. The building went through an extensive renovation to provide the tenants with a sensual rail system. The curving aluminum rail meets a glass guardrail, providing tenants with unobstructed views. As part of the modernization of the building, Poma oversaw the concrete restoration and installation of the new guardrail system, designed with longevity and performance. The new railing provides an elegant face to the one of the most prestigious condominiums in Boca Raton. Marbella consists of 155 beautiful oceanfront condos complete with many high-end, luxurious features. Marbella also boasts some of the most spectacular vistas in the area, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Lake Boca Raton.
