Custom aluminum louver and railing systems with custom spire, new construction
Windsor at Celebration is a senior housing community located in Celebration, Florida. The project features custom guardrails and louver sunshades made by Poma. The sunshades serve as awnings for the residents, providing natural filtered light. In addition to fabricating the awnings and sunshades, Poma also provided the building's custom spires atop the parapets. The project was developed by Big Rock Senior Housing, designed by Gensler and managed by Balfour Beatty. The building is operated and managed by LCS.
