Baha Mar is a 3.5 billion dollar casino resort destination on the north shore of Nassau in the Bahamas. Designed by Michael Hong Architects & RMJM, the project is quickly becoming one of the Caribbean's most iconic resorts. Poma was brought in to provide custom railing systems as part of a guardrail package for the groundbreaking resort. Working with the Baha Mar design team, Poma developed custom railing for several projects within the building complex. Each of the custom export guardrail systems uses the Poma Pin. This patented technology protects the system from the elements. The Poma Pin also protects the concrete slabs from spalling and galvanic corrosion, making it an ideal attachment method for coastal designs.
